A Trial Lawyer with Experience on Both Sides of the Courtroom

Early in her legal career, Davida practiced as a defense attorney representing public entities in high-stakes civil rights and personal injury cases. That experience gave her an in-depth understanding of how institutions evaluate risk, defend claims, and approach litigation.

After reconnecting with her original reason for becoming a lawyer — advocating for people rather than corporations or government entities — Davida transitioned her practice entirely to representing injured individuals and families. She now uses her defense-side insight to anticipate opposing strategies and build stronger, trial-ready cases for her clients.

In 2025, Davida completed the Gerry Spence Method at Thunder Ranch in Dubois, Wyoming, an intensive three-week trial advocacy program centered on authentic storytelling, courtroom presence, and principled advocacy.

Serving Los Angeles and Communities Throughout California

Originally from Orange County, Davida relocated to Los Angeles for law school and chose to make it her permanent home. She is proud to represent clients throughout Los Angeles and across California in serious personal injury and civil rights matters.

Outside the courtroom, Davida enjoys yoga, scuba diving, traveling abroad, attending shows at the Magic Castle, fostering animals, and taking her restored 1957 Corvette on scenic drives along the California coast with her two rescue dogs, Sophia Loren and Irving Swagmuffin.
